Our wall panels are designed for easy installation. Follow the steps below for a perfect result – no contractor, no hassle.
What do you need
Substrate preparation
Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and completely flat. Remove dust, grease, and loose particles. Check with a spirit level to ensure the wall is straight — a level base is essential for a perfect end result.
Use a primer on plasterboard or plastered walls for better adhesion.
Measuring & setting out
Measure the surface to be covered accurately. Draw horizontal reference lines on the wall with a pencil and spirit level. Always start from the center and work outwards for a symmetrical pattern.
First, lay the panels out dry on the floor to plan the pattern before you start gluing.
Apply adhesive
Apply the construction adhesive to the back of the panel in an S-pattern or dots, approx. 5 cm from the edges. Ensure sufficient adhesive at the corners for maximum adhesion.
Never use too much glue — excess glue can seep through the seams and leave stains.
Install panels
Press the panel firmly and evenly against the wall. Use a pressure roller or a flat batten to fully adhere the panel. Regularly check with a spirit level to ensure everything is straight.
Allow the adhesive to fully cure for 24 hours before stressing or finishing the panels.
